China News Service, Guiyang, June 6Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi co-chaired the first meeting of the China-Indonesia High-level Dialogue and Cooperation Mechanism with Indonesian President's Special Envoy and the head of cooperation with China Luhuth in Guiyang on May 5. The two sides reached five important consensus:

First, forge strategic solidarity to share a common destiny.In the face of change in one hundred and the outbreak, the two sides will according to the spirit of the two heads of state recently calls, towards the direction to build community of fate, to strengthen political mutual trust, close strategic communication, firmly support each other to realize the national development and national rejuvenation, earnestly shoulder the important responsibility of regional peace and stability, safeguard international justice and rights and interests of developing countries,We should work together to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

Second, deepen cooperation on COVID-19 vaccines and health care.The two sides will continue to deepen cooperation across the entire industrial chain, including vaccine research and development, production and distribution, and help Indonesia build a regional vaccine production center.The two sides support exemptions from the intellectual property rights of the new coronavirus vaccine, advocate greater access and affordability of vaccines, resist "vaccine nationalism", prevent the "immunization gap", and work together to promote fair and reasonable distribution of vaccines worldwide, so as to safeguard the right to life and health of people in developing countries.The two sides will support each other's citizens to receive COVID-19 vaccine in their respective countries and continue to advance cooperation in traditional medicine, drug research and development, the pharmaceutical industry and other health fields.

Third, we will work together to upgrade the quality of the One Belt And One Road.The two sides will further align the "One Belt And One Road" initiative with the concept of "Global Maritime FulCRUM" to ensure the completion of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway as scheduled and set a benchmark for the first phase of the "One Belt And One Road" project jointly built by the two countries.We will work for early harvest of the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Corridor" and unleash the effectiveness of the second-phase cooperation on the "One Belt And One Road".We will accelerate the building of a new platform for cooperation between the two countries and two parks, explore new directions for cooperation in green industrial parks, and provide a new engine for high-quality joint development of "One Belt And One Road" projects.China will carry out high-level investment and financing cooperation with Indonesia through multiple channels, and actively support Indonesia in speeding up infrastructure development and enhancing its capacity for independent and comprehensive development.We welcome Indonesia to increase exports of competitive commodities to China, deepen bilateral trade connectivity and jointly tap the huge market of China and Indonesia with 1.7 billion people.

Fourth, we need to open up broad space for maritime cooperation.The new Memorandum of Understanding on Maritime Cooperation between China and Indonesia signed by the two sides has enriched, expanded and upgraded the cooperation mechanism, and is conducive to further tapping the potential of cooperation and expanding mutually beneficial maritime cooperation.The two sides agreed to take Indonesia's construction of a "national fish warehouse" as an opportunity to launch fishery cooperation in an all-round way and bring tangible benefits to the fishermen of the two countries.We will carry out ecological Marine pastures and demonstration projects for seawater desalination, and support a number of new high-quality projects.We should speed up consultations on a code of conduct in the South China Sea and make cooperation the main theme of the situation in the South China Sea.

Fifth, we need to enrich cultural and people-to-people exchanges.The two sides will overcome the obstacles of the epidemic, innovate the mode of interaction and carry forward the traditional friendship between China and Indonesia.The two sides will expand online tourism and carry out "cloud tour" projects to make full preparations for the full resumption of tourism cooperation after the epidemic.The two sides will strengthen cooperation in vocational education, conduct exchanges on athletes' training and expand interaction between think tanks and the media so as to further consolidate popular support for the development of bilateral relations.
